General Terms and Conditions

Purpose

These terms govern the graphic design, illustration, and communication services provided by Lucky Autist Studio, based in Switzerland, for its professional clients, associations, and individuals.

Quotes and Orders

Every service is subject to a written and personalized quote. The order becomes final and binding after the quote is validated and the requested deposit is paid.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are expressed in Swiss francs (CHF). Unless otherwise stated, a 50% deposit is required upon ordering, with the balance due upon delivery of the final files.

Intellectual Property

The creations remain the intellectual property of Lucky Autist Studio until full payment is received. The transfer of usage rights is specified in the quote.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the competent courts of the canton where the studio is based will have sole jurisdiction.
